Information:

• Fundraiser: Our Fall Fundraiser is going GREAT! We are so close to our goal! Please keep sharing. All funds raised will be directly applied to your students' grade level field trip. Any additional funds will go towards improvement of our school patio/playground area! 

  • The top 20 students who raise the most money will have an incentive field trip later this semester! 

  • Each grade level will also be in competition with one another for a grade level incentive!

• Bully Prevention Barbecue – Students received a sign up and information for our Bully Prevention BBQ. We will be raising money by selling BBQ plates on Friday, October 24th. We hope you all will participate. If you have any questions, please reach out to one of our school counselors, Mr. Joe Williams.

• Title 1 Information: Our first Title 1 Event is partnered with parent conferences on Thursday from 4:00-6:30 and Friday from 8:30-12:00. We will be sharing information for families about how Title 1 funds support our school and information on how you can support your student at home! 

• Parent Conferences: We will be having parent conferences on Thursday, 10/23 from 4:00-6:30 and Friday, 10/24 from 8:30-12:00. Teams will be sending out information to sign up for a time slot over the next week.

• Holiday Art Contest: It's time for the ANNUAL HOLIDAY ARTS CONTEST. Holiday cards should be completed on a ½ sheet of 8.5x11 paper (regular computer paper). Holiday cards should have the On the BACK (anonymous judging is done) of each card, make sure to put the student’s first and last name, grade level, and school listed on the BACK of the card. Holiday cards should be turned into the front office by MONDAY NOVEMBER 3RD.

• SWAG Store: LINKED HERE – Order your Granville Central Middle School Swag! The Panther Pack PTO will receive a percentage from the sales. The store will be open each month from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month. The store will close and orders will take about 4 weeks to be completed from the time the store closes. Orders will be delivered to GCMS and given to the student when they arrive!

Eating and drinking on the bus are not allowed, and inappropriate language will not be tolerated. Please remember that any referrals may result in suspension from riding the bus. Let’s all do our part to keep the bus safe and respectful for everyone.
