Information:

• NCCI: 8th grade students will have their first NC Check-In Benchmark for the school year in science on Tuesday! Remember to review what you’ve learned so far this year, get a good nights rest and eat breakfast! Always do your best!!

• Fundraiser: Our Fall Fundraiser will be with Vertical Raise. Students should bring 20 contacts (phone numbers/emails) written down on paper that they will input into the system. All funds raised will be directly applied to your students' grade level field trip. Any additional funds will go towards our schools general fund! 

  • The top 20 students who raise the most money will have an incentive field trip later this semester! 

  • Each grade level will also be in competition with one another for a grade level incentive!

• Parent Conferences: We will be having parent conferences on Thursday, 10/23 from 4:00-6:30 and Friday, 10/24 from 8:30-12:00. Teams will be sending out information to sign up for a time slot over the next week.

• Save the Date: We will have our Halloween Dance on Wednesday 10/15. Students will have to return to school for this event. It will be from 6:00-8:00PM. Details regarding the dress code for the event will be shared next week.

• SWAG Store: LINKED HERE – Order your Granville Central Middle School Swag! The Panther Pack PTO will receive a percentage from the sales. The store will be open each month from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month. The store will close and orders will take about 4 weeks to be completed from the time the store closes. Orders will be delivered to GCMS and given to the student when they arrive!
